Our Service & Portfolio

General Dentistry

General dentistry focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of common oral health issues

Removable Dentures

Removable appliances used to replace missing teeth and surrounding tissues to
restore oral function and aesthetics. There are three types of denture: acrylic, valplast (elastic),
and metal frame denture. In Fidelity, we will always aim for comfortable, functional, yet aesthetic
dentures.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 30-60 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Pediatric Dentistry

Dental care for children, including routine examinations, cleanings, fluoride
treatments, baby tooth extractions, fissure sealants, and early orthodontic evaluations.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 30-60 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Tooth Extraction

Removal of extensively damaged teeth, teeth with a failed root canal
treatment history, and impacted teeth (canine, wisdom teeth). In Fidelity, we will always aim for a
painless extraction. Local anesthesia, stitching, and several x-rays may be needed during the
treatment.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Dental / Tooth Composite Filling

Restoration of decayed or damaged teeth using composite resin to restore the
form and function. The dentist will take some pictures of the case and explain the procedure
first. Afterwards, the dentist will inject some anesthetic agents prior to removing the decay. The
cavity is then sanitized, dried and sealed with a composite material. Dental examinations, and
dental photography included.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 30-90 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Teeth Whitening

Cosmetic procedure to lighten and brighten the color of natural teeth, using
bleaching agents. This treatment consists of two types of treatments: office whitening (done by
the dentist, 3 sessions @ 8 minutes) and home whitening (using customized tray and
low-concentration gel). Scaling & polishing, dental examinations, and dental photography
included.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Scaling & Polishing / Dental Cleaning

Professional teeth cleaning to remove plaque build up with ultrasonic
scaler, and stains using jet polisher, promoting gum health and preventing decay. Dental
examinations and dental photography included and will be explained at the end of the
procedure.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 30-60 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Emergency Treatment

Immediate care and management of dental conditions that require
urgent attention to control pain and bleeding, prevent further complications, and provide relief to
patients experiencing dental emergencies. Dental emergencies can include severe toothaches,
dental trauma (such as a knocked-out tooth), broken or chipped teeth, loose or dislodged teeth,
severe oral infections, and other conditions that require immediate attention.

Estimated treatment time: 1-2 visits, each visit approximately 30-60 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case

Dental Check Up & Consultation

Oral examination and detailed consultation session
involving dental photography, to assess the overall oral health or a specific concern, identify
dental issues, and develop treatment plans. The dentist will inspect each tooth, looking for
issues such as tooth decay, gum disease and other conditions that may need to be treated.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 30-60 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Advanced Dentistry

Advanced dentistry involves more complex and advanced treatments to address specific dental issues, also to achieve optimal oral health and aesthetics.

All on 4 / 6 Dental Implants (Full Arch)

The All-on-4 dental implant technique is a specific approach to full- arch dental implant restoration. It involves the placement of four dental implants in the jawbone to support a full set of fixed replacement teeth (in some cases, 6 implants are needed, thus the “All on 6”).

estimated treatment time:
2 stages, separated by 3-6 months to wait for the osseointegration.
Stage 1 (implant insertion) consists of 2-4 visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the complexity of each case.
Stage 2 (crown insertion) consists of 2-4 visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the complexity of each case.

Orthodontic Treatments

Corrective procedures, such as braces or aligners, to address
misaligned teeth, overcrowding, or bite issues.

Estimated treatment time: 1-2 visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case. Visit 1 is the consultation, and visit 2 is the insertion of the braces.

Cosmetic Dentistry: Various treatments to enhance the appearance of the teeth and smile,
including veneers, dental bonding, gum contouring, or smile makeovers

Periodontal Treatments

Diagnosis and treatment of gum diseases, including deep cleaning,
gum surgery, or periodontal maintenance.

Estimated treatment time: 1 visit, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Aesthetic Dental Bridge

Fixed dental prostheses (fake teeth) used to replace missing teeth by anchoring
artificial teeth to adjacent natural teeth. A dental bridge is made up of two crowns that go over
the adjacent teeth with a prosthetic tooth in the middle – forming a “bridge”.

Estimated treatment time: 1-2 visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Porcelain Veneers

A thin, tooth shaped porcelain that is cemented onto the surface of your natural teeth to enhance the aesthetic appearance of your smile. Porcelain veneers can change your smile by changing the color, shape, size or length of your natural teeth.

Estimated treatment time: 1-3 visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Direct Veneers / Composite Bonding

A quick, affordable and minimally invasive approach to cosmetic dentistry. This treatment can be used for closing small gaps between teeth, correcting
minor shape and inclination, or covering chips or cracks in teeth by placing composite materials over a tooth.

Estimated treatment time: 1 to multiple visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Root Canal Treatment

Treatment for infected or inflamed dental pulp (the inner part of the tooth), involving the removal of the pulp, disinfection of the root canal, and filling it with a dental
material.

Estimated treatment time: 1-3 visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case.

Full Mouth Rehab

A comprehensive procedure that involves restoring all of the teeth with a combination of treatments, such as dental implants, crowns,
or bridges, to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the entire mouth.

The goal is to provide a complete and natural-looking set of teeth for individuals who have experienced extensive
tooth loss, vertical dimension loss, decay, or difficulty in eating.

Estimated treatment time: multiple visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on
the complexity of each case. 2 weeks time at least needed.

Dental Implants

A small titanium screw-like device that is surgically placed into the jawbone to
replace a missing tooth root. It serves as a foundation for a dental crown, bridge, or denture.
The implant fuses with the jawbone over time through a process called osseointegration, which
ensures stability and durability. Dental implants are considered a long-term solution for restoring
missing teeth and providing natural-looking and functional replacements.

Estimated treatment time: 1-2 visits, each visit approximately 60-120 minutes depending on the
complexity of each case. Visit 1 and 2 could be separated by 3-6 months to wait for the
osseointegration.
